MPF Xtra Servicing Guide Updates

Clarification Added to Chapter 1.6.10
Chapter 1.6.10 of the MPF Xtra Servicing Guide has been updated to clarify that Servicers should obtain the Fannie Mae pool or trust number from the Master Servicer if they receive a written inquiry from a borrower requesting such information for their loan.

Servicing Guide Announcement SVC-2017-10
On December 13, 2017, Fannie Mae issued Servicing Guide Announcement SVC-2017-11 which covers the below referenced topics that are applicable to loans sold under the MPF Xtra product:

The Servicing Guide has been updated to include changes to the following:

• Consolidated Individual Mortgage Loan Files and Records.
• Reimbursement of Insured Loss Repair Inspection Costs.
• Removed requirement that servicers report damage following an uninsured loss.
