The MPF Program Announces Publication of the Updated Loan Presentment Form (OG3)

Effective Date: Immediately

On October 30, 2018 and December 12, 2018, respectively, MPF Announcement 2018-51 and  MPF Announcement 2018-60 were published. These announcements collectively advised PFI’s that the MPF Program was in the process of updating the Loan Presentment Request Form (OG3) to reflect the collection of additional loan and borrower details and to advise that the PDF version of the form may be submitted via secure email to the MPF Service Center at MPF-Help@fhlbc.com. We have updated the PDF version of the Loan Presentment Request Form (OG3) to reflect the additional data points that are to be collected and updated the instructions to include that the form may be submitted via secure email. PFI’s must begin using the updated form immediately.
