MPF Xtra Selling Guide Updates
Effective Date: March 1, 2020
On November 20, 2019, Fannie Mae issued Lender Letter LL-2019-08 which announced new mortgage insurance master primary policies, related endorsements and other forms (Forms). Any loans sold to or securitized by Fannie Mae that has mortgage insurance and has a loan application date on or after March 1, 2020, must be insured under one of the new approved forms. Attached is a list of the approved mortgage insurance forms.
