MPF Xtra Selling Guide Updates

On December 19, 2017, Fannie Mae issued Selling Guide Announcement SEL-2017-10, which covers the below referenced topics that are applicable to loans sold under the MPF Xtra product:

• Underwriting Borrowers with Frozen Credit
• Texas Section 50(a)(6) Loans
• Use of Premium Pricing
• Cash-Out Refinance Waiting Periods for Properties Owned by Limited Liability Corporations
• Representation and Warranty Relief for Loans Impacted by a Disaster
• Consolidation of Ownership and Retention of Loan Files and Records
