MPF Xtra Selling Guide Updates

Effective Date: Immediately (Unless Otherwise Noted)

On January 30, 2018, Fannie Mae issued Selling Guide Announcement SEL-2018-01, which covers the below referenced topics that are applicable to loans sold under the MPF Xtra product:

• Federal Tax Installment Plans
• Detached Condo Projects
• Minor Litigation on Projects
• Field Reviews for Properties Valued at $1,000,000 or More
• Second Appraisals

In conjunction with this Selling Guide update, MPF Xtra Exhibit Q-X has been updated to reflect the retirement of Special Feature Code 917 that was previously required for site condos.
