On May 1, 2018, Fannie Mae issued Selling Guide Announcement SEL-2018-04, which covers the below referenced topics that are applicable to loans sold under the MPF Xtra product:
- Native American Tribes as Community Seconds® Providers
- Disaster Area Clarification for Property Inspection Waivers
