On August 15, 2018 Fannie Mae issued Servicing Guide Announcement SVC-2018-05, which covers the below referenced topics that are applicable to loans sold under the MPF Xtra product:

Mortgage Insurance Claims Process

• Servicer Responsibilities for Urgent Property Conditions
• Insured Loss Repair Inspection Reimbursement
• Notification of Law Firm Matter Transfers

CMC Funding Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manual for MPF Xtra

On August 16, 2018 the CMC Funding Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manual for MPF Xtra (Exhibit W-X) was updated to reflect a new shipping/mailing address in Exhibit 5 for Original Recorded/Final Documents.
