Update to CMC Funding Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manuals for MPF Xtra and MPF Traditional

Effective Date: Immediately 

CMC Funding has updated the exhibits in the Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manuals for MPF Traditional (Exhibit W) and MPF Xtra (Exhibit W-X) to reflect a new mailing address for certain borrower facing and selling PFI related correspondence. References to the previous address (8742 Lucent Blvd., Suite 300, Highlands Ranch Colorado) have been removed and replaced with the new mailing address: 6200 South Quebec St., Greenwood Village, Colorado. This new address is effective immediately. Please note that any correspondence or payments that are currently in route to the Highlands Ranch address will be forwarded to the new address.

The following exhibits within the Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manuals have been updated to reflect the change of address.
