Clarifications to the MPF Program Guide Regarding Loss of Confidential Information/ Security Incident

Effective Date: Immediately

The MPF Program Guide has been updated to clarify the information PFIs and Servicers must provide to the applicable MPF Bank and MPF Provider in the event of any actual or suspected loss of confidential information (Security Incident). Chapter 6.1.1 of the MPF Program Guide has been updated to reflect what information should be included in a PFI or Servicers notification to their MPF Bank and MPF Provider that a Security Incident has occurred.
