Gain tangible skills when you enroll in the Certified Residential Underwriter Designation (CRU) program. This progressive curriculum establishes the standard for professional excellence in residential mortgage loan underwriting.

Designed to carry you through the process of onboarding through career advancement and setting yourself apart, the Residential Certified Mortgage Servicer (RCMS) Specialist Certificate and Designation program is a comprehensive program comprised of three levels. Each level comes as a separate package for purchase allowing you to take one or all three levels and pay as you go. Upon completion of all three levels, you will have earned your RCMS.

We're pleased to offer the only certification and designation program that is geared exclusively towards compliance professionals in the mortgage finance industry, the Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional (CMCP) Certification and Designation program.

The Residential Loan Processor Certificate Package is a comprehensive program designed to equip new mortgage loan processors with the essential knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. Through a combination of 15 self-paced online courses and a rigorous certification exam, participants gain a deep understanding of fundamental mortgage banking concepts, core processing procedures, fraud detection techniques, and regulatory compliance requirements.
