Updates to CMC Funding Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manuals for MPF Xtra and MPF Traditional

Effective Date: July 14, 2020

On July 14, 2020 CMC Funding updated the Whole Loan Servicing Transfer manuals for the MPF Xtra (Exhibit W-X) and MPF Traditional (Exhibit W) products.

MPF Xtra (Exhibit W-X)

• Updated mailing address for Mortgagee Clause for Hazard and Flood Insurance in the following exhibits:
  • Exhibit 5- Important Addresses and Instructions
  • Exhibit 7- Hazard Insurance Notification; and
  • Exhibit 8- Flood Insurance Notification

MPF Traditional (Exhibit W)

• Added clarification to funding memo verbiage in Exhibit 2.
• Updated mailing address for Mortgagee Clause for Hazard and Flood Insurance in the following exhibits:
  • Exhibit 7- Important Addresses and Instructions
  • Exhibit 9- Hazard Insurance Notification; and
  • Exhibit 10- Flood Insurance Notification
