MPF Xtra Delivery Commitment Update

Effective date: Immediately 

Recently Fannie Mae announced temporary flexibilities pertaining to Mandatory Commitments. In anticipation of the potential benefits to our PFIs, effective immediately, the maximum extension period for MPF Xtra Mandatory Delivery Commitments has been temporarily moved from 30 days out to 60 days. The increase is applicable to standard and sub-product MPF Xtra Mandatory Commitments.

Please note that MPF Xtra Best Efforts Delivery Commitments will remain as is and will continue to have a maximum extension period for up to 30 days.

This flexibility will be available for all servicing options (released and retained) until further notice.
