MPF Xtra Selling Guide Updates
Effective Date: Immediately (Unless Otherwise Noted)
On June 5, 2018, Fannie Mae issued Selling Guide Announcement SEL-2018-05, which covers the below referenced topics that are applicable to loans sold under the MPF Xtra product:
- Inspection of Manufactured Homes with Structural Modifications
- Project Standards Updates
- Desktop Underwriter® (DU®) Bankruptcy and Mortgage Delinquency Assessment
- Multiple Appraisals
PFIs should note that the MPF Program is not accepting MH Advantage™ Properties at this time.
