New Pricing Option for the MPF Xtra Product

Effective Date: February 12, 2018

The MPF Program announces an additional Fixed 30 Year pricing schedule option for the MPF Xtra product. Beginning February 12, 2018, PFIs will have an opportunity to take advantage of the new “Fixed 30 Yr 200K Max Ln Amt” pricing option under the MPF Xtra product for both Mandatory and Best Efforts Delivery Commitments. While the existing Fixed 30 Year pricing schedules will continue to be available, the additional pricing schedule may provide pricing advantages for loans below the loan amount of $200,000.00. All PFIs using the MPF Xtra product will have access to the additional pricing schedule on the eMPF® website starting February 12, 2018.

The schedule associated with the label “Fixed 30 Yr 200K Max Ln Amt” provides prices for eligible loans with an original loan amount less than or equal to $200,000.00. An eligible loan with an original loan amount greater than $200,000.00 may not be funded under a “Fixed 30 Yr 200K Max Ln Amt” Delivery Commitment.

The new $200,000.00 maximum loan limit pricing schedule option will only be offered for the MPF Xtra Fixed 30 Year product and will not be available for Fixed 15 or 20 Year products.
