Updates to CMC Funding Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manuals for MPF Traditional and MPF Xtra

Effective Date: March 1, 2021

Chapter 5.4 of the CMC Funding Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manuals for MPF Traditional (Exhibit W) and MPF Xtra (Exhibit W-X) have been updated to reflect that effective March 1, 2021 the Tax Service Fee will be $80.00.
